Speaking of NOT cooking, here we are at Bubba's Burgers EATING OUT. A burger costs about four bucks. That's about as much, if not cheaper, than JUST the chicken broth used to make the chicken curry I mentioned in the prior post. And don't tell me anything about how cooking at home is healthier, because both the burger AND the curry made me feel bloated. Anyway, we went to Hanalei town so Jeff can check out spots for an upcoming photoshoot and so I could see where my future workplace (Hanalei Elementary) is located. Hanalei is a quaint, colorful town with ocean and mountain views. And cheap burgers!
On the way home, I had a first-time experience. We were trailing a bunch of cars that were driving 25 mph in a 50mph zone. I don't why. I've yet to understand Kauai traffic patterns.
